2. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations are subject to availability and validity periods stated in the quotation.

Pricing may change without notice due to supplier pricing, exchange rates, or market conditions.

Hardware, software, licensing, and setup costs may be quoted separately unless specifically stated otherwise.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified on quotations or invoices.

Late payment may result in delays, suspension of services, or additional charges.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Providing reasonable access to premises or systems where required
• Ensuring authorised decision-makers are available
• Maintaining a safe work environment

5. Third-Party Products and Services

Third-party products, software, and services remain subject to their own warranties, licensing, and terms.

G13 Tech is not responsible for third-party failures beyond our control.

G13 Tech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from service interruptions, hardware failures, cyber incidents, or third-party service failures.
